01Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pk488 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at pk488.cam and all associated content, services, features and functionality offered through it (collectively, the "Services").

pk488 is an English-language online gaming information platform built for Pakistani users. We provide transparent educational content on sports betting markets, live casino game categories, bonus term analysis and responsible gambling guidance. We are not a gambling operator. We do not accept deposits, place bets on your behalf or provide gambling services directly.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party gambling platform accessed via information on this site complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

02Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and carry the meanings set out below:

"Platform" or "Site"

The pk488 website at pk488.cam, including all pages, subpages, content, tools and features accessible through it.

"User" / "you" / "your"

Any individual who accesses, browses or uses the Platform in any capacity, whether or not they have created a registered account.

"Account"

A personal registered profile created by a User on the Platform, subject to successful registration and identity verification where applicable.

"Services"

The information, guides, comparison tools, responsible gambling resources and all other content and functionality made available through the Platform.

"Bonus" / "Promotion"

Any bonus credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer or other promotional incentive described on the Platform in connection with third-party gaming operators.

03Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, submitting any information or using any feature of the Services — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines, rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and its Services.

04Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register an Account and use the full range of Services on pk488, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or licence jurisdiction applicable to the gambling services you access through information provided on this Platform.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where such access would cause you or pk488 to be in breach of Applicable Law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or officer of pk488, nor a close family member of any such person, unless you have received express written consent from pk488 management.

05Account Registration

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account details to ensure they remain accurate at all times.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• Restricting access to your device to prevent unauthorised use of your Account.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified us promptly of any unauthorised access.
• Ensuring that only one Account is registered in your name. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms.

pk488 reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion and without providing a reason, particularly where it reasonably suspects that eligibility conditions have not been met or that the registration may be fraudulent.

06Identity Verification (KYC)

pk488 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age and address before:

• Requesting a withdrawal above a specified threshold.
• Accessing higher deposit limit tiers.
• Claiming certain promotional bonuses.
• Following any activity that triggers a review under our security protocols.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport.
• Utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document not older than 90 days as proof of address.

07Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are processed subject to the cashier policy in effect at the time of the transaction. The following general conditions apply:

• Currency: Transactions may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or in the currency specified for the relevant payment method.
• Minimum and maximum amounts: Deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Specific limits are detailed in the cashier section of the platform.
• Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Bank transfers to accounts with HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah and mobile wallet methods familiar to Pakistani users may have different processing windows. These references are contextual and do not imply those providers endorse gambling activity.
• Withdrawal conditions: Funds credited as bonus amounts must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals of purely deposited funds (non-bonus) are not subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.
• Verification hold: Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 6.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team is a breach of these Terms. pk488 reserves the right to suspend Accounts and pursue recovery of funds where chargebacks are raised in bad faith.

08Bonuses & Promotions

pk488 may describe or reference bonus offers, welcome packages, reload bonuses and promotional credits in its informational content. All such descriptions are for educational guidance only. The following general principles apply to any bonus claimed through a third-party operator linked or referenced on this Platform:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses are typically subject to a stated rollover multiplier. For example, a PKR 10,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 300,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as roulette, blackjack and baccarat may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%).
• Maximum bet limit: While a bonus is active, bets exceeding the maximum bonus bet limit (commonly PKR 500 per round or spin, subject to operator terms) may result in bonus forfeiture.

09Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed through platforms referenced on pk488 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant operator and game provider. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellations or amendments after confirmation are not permitted except where the operator's rules explicitly allow it.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or system error during a game or bet, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the operator's published error-resolution policy.
• pk488 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a software or pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Bets placed on suspended, postponed or cancelled sports events — including Pakistan cricket matches, PSL fixtures and ICC tournament games — will be handled in accordance with the operator's event-cancellation rules, which are published in their terms of service.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the operator's discretion and may be delayed by up to the stated latency period specified in the live betting terms.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and in connection with any Services or referenced third-party platforms:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or other software to place bets, interact with the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other users or operators to manipulate game outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches or mispricings for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring or use of illegally obtained funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited under local law, where such access constitutes a direct legal violation.
• Attempting to circumvent any geo-restriction, security measure or account limit applied by pk488.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing support staff or other users.

pk488 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions upon identifying prohibited conduct: suspend or permanently close the Account; void all pending and settled bets; withhold or recover any funds associated with the prohibited activity; and report the conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the pk488 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, page layouts and software — is the property of pk488 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from pk488.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling or similar automated data-gathering tools on the Platform.
• Frame, mirror or deep-link to any page of the Platform without prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, pk488, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
• Any gambling losses incurred on third-party platforms accessed through information provided on pk488.
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any content published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or Account.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of Services.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

13Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out how pk488 collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data in compliance with applicable data protection standards.

By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with those practices, please discontinue use of the Platform.

14Responsible Gambling

pk488 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We require that all Users engage with gambling-related content and activities in a responsible manner. Our Responsible Gambling page provides detailed guidance on:

• Setting personal deposit, loss and session time limits.
• Requesting temporary cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion.
• Recognising the signs of problem gambling.
• Accessing support resources available to Pakistani users.

15Suspension & Termination

pk488 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the User.
• Extended period of Account inactivity as defined in our dormancy policy.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding balances will be handled in accordance with the cashier and bonus policies in effect at the time of termination. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at the email address provided in Clause 18 below.

16Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk488 is incorporated and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Users based in Pakistan are reminded that online gambling is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and applicable provincial legislation. pk488 does not represent that use of this platform or access to third-party gambling operators is lawful in Pakistan. It is the User's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all Applicable Law in their jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction as determined by pk488's registered legal counsel. Nothing in this clause limits pk488's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17Amendments

pk488 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if applicable, request Account closure in accordance with Clause 15.
